With years of headhunting experience across the UK, mainland Europe, the US, and APAC, Gaia leads the delivery team at Bottle Rocket Search, working across the Coworking & Flexible Workspace, Commercial Real Estate, and High-End Hospitality markets.

A specialist in senior and executive-level search, Gaia partners with operators and investors on their most business-critical hires, spanning leadership roles across sales, operations, finance and workplace management. Having joined as part of the founding team, she's helped shape how Bottle Rocket delivers for clients from day one.

Outside of work, she's usually on the hunt for a coffee shop or restaurant good enough to tell everyone about, or maintaining a slightly overambitious collection of plants she's determined to keep alive. When she's not eating her way around somewhere new, she's probably rewatching a childhood favourite film for the hundredth time, because somehow, they just never get old.
